Here are 10 dates that will never fail, well unless YOU mess it up! Otherwise, be prepared to have an amazing day together.
Amusement Parks – Kiss the saying, “Amusement Parks are for kids” goodbye. Theme parks give couples a chance to have a great time on fun rides and create memories. It also gives you a chance to get to know one another or just chat as you walk through the park and wait in lines. You both can feel young again and give yourselves a break from the “real world” for a day.
Nightclubs – If you have some money and an itch to dance then nightclubs can be a lot of fun. They give you both a chance to dress up, and can even re-spark the flame.
Scenic Walk – Think of a nice park or trail and throw on your tennis shoes. It’s a perfect way to get some exercise and have a nice conversation at the same time. If you’re up to it, pack some snacks and a blanket and find a good place to sit down and enjoy the scenery and each other’s company for a while.
Water Parks – What better way to spend a hot summer day splashing around in a wave pool, swooshing down fun water slides, or relax while floating down a lazy river?
Car Trip – Take a day and just take off together and drive. Pack some good tunes, snacks, cold drinks, and good conversation. Maybe a trip to the mountains to check out the views or snow, or a trip to a far off beach that you both have wanted to check out. If you know of any other neat or scenic places to check out, such as a famous restaurant that’s a couple hours away, then make it into a fun trip.
Sunset Point or City View Point – Take your date somewhere you can share a bench and enjoy Mother Nature at her best or a breathtaking view of the city lights. It’s also a great place without any distractions where you two can find time to get to know one another or just talk about life in general.
Lounge Bar – A perfect after work date for the both of you. Meet at a lounge to unwind from the day over a cocktail. These bars are typically quieter than clubs and have comfy chairs to relax and talk about your day in.
Concerts or Plays – Concerts always provide a fun atmosphere, especially if you’re into the music. Everyone is singing, swaying, and enjoying the company of the crowd. Plays are a great alternative to a movie, and there are so many if you take the time to look.
Beaches – Perfect for summer time. Throw on your bathing suits, pack some towels and cold drinks. Bask in the sun together, splash around in the water; take a walk on the boardwalk or down the main drag with all the shops. Also a perfect place to catch a beautiful sunset, have a bonfire, and enjoy the romantic evening waves come crashing in while you two hold each other in the moonlight.
Romantic Dinner In – You can either surprise your date with a candle light dinner or you both can spend the afternoon cooking together. Try and set up a place to dine where you don’t normally, such as the terrace (perfect with some lights), a romantic floor picnic, or even in the bedroom.
